Apple cartomizer Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Apple in Bristol: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
The honest read on apple: 19 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at apple in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: apple in Bristol works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple cartomizer really costs in Bristol
We run apple the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested apple in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.9 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.9 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
