Berry pen device Vape in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Berry in Bristol: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Ordering Vape to Bristol: the practical version
Berry in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.28 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry pen device really costs in Bristol
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.28 per 10 ml.
How we tested berry in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where berry goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.28 per 10 ml liquid plus £37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does berry in a pen device last?
In Bristol we measured 3 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
