Blackcurrant squonk mod Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Blackcurrant in Bristol: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Blackcurrant squonk mod here
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant squonk mod really costs in Bristol
The honest read on blackcurrant: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested blackcurrant in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised £38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.82 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
