Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run blackcurrant the same way in Bristol: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.77 per 10 ml.
The short version: blackcurrant in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested blackcurrant in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.

UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Can I order Vape online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
