Fig cartomizer Vape in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Fig in Bristol: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.86 per 10 ml.
We run fig the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig cartomizer really costs in Bristol
The honest read on fig: 11 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
