Frozen in Bristol: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Bristol
The honest read on frozen: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run frozen the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: frozen in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen box mod really costs in Bristol
We run frozen the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.41 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
