Graphite box mod Vape in Bristol: the order shortlist
Graphite in Bristol: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
Graphite box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: graphite in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite box mod really costs in Bristol
Graphite in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested graphite in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised £46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.85 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Is graphite legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
