Lime box mod Vape in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Lime in Bristol: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Lime box mod here
We run lime the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A lime box mod from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime box mod really costs in Bristol
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.98 per 10 ml.
How we tested lime in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lime goes wrong
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.98 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Lime | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | box mod | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bristol | 2–4 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | £46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £2.98 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.98 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Can I order Vape online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
