Lime squonk mod Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Lime in Bristol: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the lime habit
A lime squonk mod from the reviewed options in Bristol costs about £3.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on lime: 7 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime squonk mod really costs in Bristol
We run lime the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where lime goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised £50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.35 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lime in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.35 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Is lime legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
How long does lime in a squonk mod last?
In Bristol we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
