Mint squonk mod Vape in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Mint in Bristol: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
We run mint the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A mint squonk mod from the discounted options in Bristol costs about £1.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint squonk mod really costs in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Vape in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested mint in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for mint in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.83 per 10 ml liquid plus £30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.83 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
