Sour box mod Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Sour in Bristol: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What sour costs in Bristol
Sour box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Sour in Bristol reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: sour in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour box mod really costs in Bristol
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised £55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.81 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Packaging for sour in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
