Sour mesh tank Vape in Bristol: the online shortlist
Sour in Bristol: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on sour: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour mesh tank really costs in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Vape in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.73 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Sour | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | mesh tank | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 8 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bristol | 2–4 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | £42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £1.73 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
Is sour legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
