Spiced box mod Vape in Bristol: the online shortlist
Spiced in Bristol: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Vape in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run spiced the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: spiced in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced box mod really costs in Bristol
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested spiced in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.48 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
