Vanilla box mod Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Vanilla in Bristol: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Vanilla in Bristol reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla box mod really costs in Bristol
Vanilla in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested vanilla in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.86 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bristol | 2–4 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | £28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £2.86 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
