Vanilla prefilled pod Vape in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Vanilla in Bristol: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Vanilla prefilled pod here
Vanilla in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla prefilled pod really costs in Bristol
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same prefilled pod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised £31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.44 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.44 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
How long does vanilla in a prefilled pod last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
